Our shipping time is 14-20 days for made-to-order items unless otherwise stated on the site. 

RTS items will ship within 3-4 days unless you are combining your order with a custom/made-to-order item, then they will ship together. 

JASMINE CO. Is not responsible or held liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items through the shipping process.
