FAQ

1.What is the current turn around time?

Our current TAT is 2 weeks, holidays may increase TAT due to high volume. 

2. When do you do drops?

-We do drops a few times a month, but we are currently updating our products to be ready-to-ship (RTS). 

-Subscribe to our emails and you will be notified when they drop! 

-Join our FB VIP group, we post lots of new drop info, giveaways, and new styles before they hit the website!

3. What sizes do you carry?

We carry sizes preemie (knotted gowns)  to size 6. We will also have our Mama + Me styles which will vary from womens’ XXS-XXL, and we will be adding youth sizes in the future up to size 14/16.

 

4. Do you do custom orders?

We do limited custom orders upon request, at our discretion. We may open up customs for holidays, however they will be limited. 

5. Are there any RTS items?

We are currently switching our products to RTS! 

6. Where’s my order?

If you have received a tracking number but it hasn’t updated, most likely the parcel has not been scanned/left the USPS facility. Please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking number to be updated. If there is still issues, please file a claim with USPS, if you need additional assistance, please email us at info@jasandmimico.com Please note that due to COVID-19 and holidays, the packages may be out of our control. Shipping times have increased significantly due to these circumstances. 

7. Do you do local pickups?

If you are local and would like to pick up, please notify us when ordering! You can leave a message in the shipping section when checking out!

8. How do I become a brand rep?

We choose our brand reps every 6 months, and we add several ones in between. 

Requirements:

-Commit to the term 

-Make a minimum of one purchase a month

-Take clear quality photos of your child upon receiving your new items.

-post about our shop and current sales/ promotions on your personal account

-you agree to give us full rights to share your photos on all of our social media platforms.

-Help answer questions from potential customers and to help give ideas or feedback to help us improve!

-Post/Advertise about our shop at least once a week. Post on your personal page as well as other Brand Rep pages etc. Recommend our shop on ISO pages, etc.

-Post/Advertise/share sales and new releases!

-Post photos of our products.
