REFUNDS + EXCHANGES

No refunds or exchanges unless product arrives damaged or defective- must notify us via email at info@jasandmimico.com within 7 days of delivery. 

Unfortunately, we will not be able to offer you a refund after the 7 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. 

Non-returnable items:

-Custom orders

-Gift cards

Refunds (if applicable)

You will be notified once we have received your item. If your refund is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied back to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days of us receiving the returned item. 

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded.

Gifts

If your item was marked as a gift when it was purchased (and you need to return the item), you will receive a gift certificate for the value of the item. 

Exchanges

Your item is eligible for an exchange if the item you received was defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@jasandmimico.com
